Welcome to myeverlove. By accessing or using our platform at myeverlove.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Who We Are

myeverlove is a wedding gift registry platform that allows couples to create personalized wedding pages, manage gift registries, collect contributions from guests, and connect with wedding vendors. We operate under Greek law.

2. Your Account

To use myeverlove as a couple or vendor, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use myeverlove to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our services
• Use our platform for any purpose other than wedding-related services
• Scrape or extract data from our platform without permission

4. Payments and Fees

myeverlove offers a free plan and a Premium plan (€9.99 lifetime). Premium upgrades are processed securely through Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

All gift contributions are processed securely through Stripe. The following fees apply:

• A 3% processing fee is added to the guest's contribution. This covers payment processing costs and platform fees.
• A 1% platform fee is deducted from the couple's received amount.

Gift contributions are transferred directly to the couple's registered bank account. myeverlove does not hold couple funds.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to myeverlove (photos, videos, stories, gift descriptions). By uploading content, you grant myeverlove a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and store that content for the purpose of providing our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Wedding Photos

Premium couples can collect photos uploaded by their guests via their wedding page. The following conditions apply to wedding photos:

• Guest photos are stored on our servers for 2 months from the date of upload.
• Couples will receive an email reminder 7 days before deletion.
• After 2 months, photos are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• We strongly recommend downloading all photos before the expiry date.
• myeverlove is not responsible for any loss of photos after the 2-month retention period.

7. Vendor Services

myeverlove provides a directory of wedding vendors for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or accuracy of any vendor's services. Any agreements made between couples and vendors are solely between those parties. myeverlove is not a party to any vendor contracts.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with GDPR.

9. Intellectual Property

The myeverlove name, logo, design, and all original content on our platform are the intellectual property of myeverlove and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

myeverlove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our active systems. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of myeverlove after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greece.
